  • sculpiflex.com

    High-traffic DTC store, ~7M views/month

    ~2s TTFBsub-1s TTFB

TTFB was ~70% of LCP failure: geolocation currency switcher busted the page cache. Cloudflare/Hetzner migration, cache-control conflicts resolved, 504 checkout storms fixed, FunnelKit checkout stabilized. Ads-heavy store: every cache experiment gone wrong showed up same-day as a conversion crash, so per-currency page caching was built to be safe to test.

  • rawteen.com

DTC food store with mobile app on Woo API

    2.5s TTFB~100ms cached

Full-store speed: nginx fixes, LiteSpeed crawler throttled under load, cron cache warming, REST API kept fast for the app. The trigger: a month of ad spend (Google Ads and social) with zero orders, because ad clicks landed on a store that took too long to open. Phase-2 retainer followed.

"He resolves the issues of the loading time as great as he promised. He is one of the best choices if you need his work."

  • rousehome.com

    WooCommerce on AWS EC2

Five-year server optimization: erratic TTFB (200 ms vs 3,000 ms for the same page, spikes to 10 s) stabilized with W3TC + Redis object caching on EC2.

  • Bright Touch fleet

    ~15 WordPress sites migrated

    ~2s avg TTFB<150ms target

Fleet migration off aged PHP 7.4 hardware to a right-sized server: capacity planning, PHP 8.2, SLO targets set at TTFB under 150 ms, LCP under 2.5 s, INP under 200 ms.

  • tech4gamers.com + eXputer.com

    Tech media, 20-50k daily traffic

    3.7s TTFB80+ PSI

Discover pipeline rescue for high-traffic publishers: 3.7s average TTFB cut with Cloudflare APO (pages at 80+ PSI within weeks), and a broken featured-image pipeline fixed same-day after 404ing crops started costing the client Google Discover visibility on new articles.

"Super helpful. Made some quick and highly effective changes to improve LCP, FCP, and TTFB core web vital metrics."

  • bookextraordinary.com

    Event entertainment booking, US

    2.5s TTFB (ads)ads cached · green

The ads-cache case: Google Ads clicks landed with custom utm tracking params, so nearly every paid visitor bypassed the page cache. DebugBear RUM showed it directly: a page with mostly PPC traffic averaged 2.5s+ TTFB while organic pages on the same site stayed fast. Cloudflare cache-key normalization applied; when the host could not flatten ad query strings, a hosting move finished the job. Paid traffic finally cached, TTFB and LCP green sitewide, 370 pages GSC-validated.

  • raskrask.dk

    On-demand massage and wellness, Denmark

    ~2.45s TTFB (ads)retainer active

Danish wellness bookings site buying Google Ads traffic: DebugBear RUM showed essentially every Ads pageview was a page-cache miss, and the main AdWords landing page sat at ~2.45s TTFB while cached pages were fast. Ad-parameter cache normalization and LiteSpeed tuning; engagement started as a paid consult and became an active retainer in Oct 2025.
